Shipper Owned Container (SOC) & Off-Hire Container Fee Schedule
Shipper-owned containers (SOC) are third-party-owned and do not return to the traditional start-stop location. They are stored in different container storages throughout the DFW metroplex and will always require a chassis split.
Off-hire containers are leased by a steamship line. Once the lease has ended, these containers return to the owner and may need recertification before they can be leased out again. They will also require a chassis split.
